● Cost Statement:

The registration fee covers conference materials and designated meals. However, transportation, additional meals, and accommodation costs are not included and must be covered by participants. Please note that nurses, students, residents, researchers, and healthcare providers must upload valid proof of their status (such as a certification or student ID) in the designated section upon completing registration.

● Refund Policy:

If you require a refund, please submit a refund request via email to [email protected]. Your email should include the following details:

● Full name of the registrant requesting the refund

● Reason for the refund

● Refund amount requested

● Affiliation (e.g., institution or organization)

The conference affairs team will review and process your request within seven (7) working days.

Please note: If the payment was made via Stripe, the original transaction fee will not be refunded.
